How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. During high-volume collection launches, please allow up to 7 business days for processing before your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that bodysuits and sale items are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, JLUXLABEL ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package.
How do I know which size to choose?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page. Since our fabrics range from high-stretch to structured wovens, we recommend reading the specific 'Fit & Fabric' description for each item.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make modifications or cancellations. Please double-check your cart and shipping address before finalizing your purchase.
