We want you to be completely satisfied with your JLUXLABEL purchase, which is why we offer a streamlined return process for store credit on eligible items. Please ensure your items are unworn and tags remain attached within 14 days of delivery to qualify for an exchange or credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are firmly attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation of the return shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a JLUXLABEL E-Gift Card will be issued to your email within 5-7 business days.
